Hey everyone! I think the Cavalier King Charles is getting adopted today at 3:00 (thanks Kathy!). Yesterday when I was at the Salem Shelter I heard this story of puppies being found at the dumpster at the Salem Walmart. I know, I know, what kind of person dumps puppies at a dumpster? They are already weaned and are available for adoption. The adoption fee is only $ 30.00. What a great time for a Christmas puppy! One of the officers named the little brown pup "Rollback" as in Walmart Rollback. They look like they are little beagle/lab mixes but I am just guessing. Here is the contact info to the

According to Lexi, she thinks these pups would make great early Christmas presents.
Our Monty was a "Walmart" puppy. He was one of the best dogs anyone could ask for and didn't deserve his rough beginnings.
ReplyDeleteHow horrible it is that people dumped those poor puppies. BUT think of it this way... now those dogs will have wonderful lives with people who love them. Painful to think of the horrible lives they might have had if they stayed with that stupid person.

People are just plain STUPID!! How would they like to be dropped off at a dumpster in the cold with nothing to keep them warm. Glad this has a happy ending and these puppies with get good loving homes I hope. Paws Up puppies not all people in this world are jerks.

ReplyDeleteMy Josie was a dumpster dog and now she lives a life of luxury! I am hers & she is mine. The idiot that gave her up is missing out on the love of a lifetime! I thank GOD for her each and every day!
