My name is Christina and this is what started out to be my dog/horse blog named after my dog Lexi. Slowly my blog has morphed into a dog/life/farm blog. I love to take photos of everything relating to the farm and local events. I am also a Design Junkie and love to take my old run down ranch and redesign every inch into my dream retreat. Join Lexi, myself and all the delightful creatures at Bluebird Farm and have a peek inside our wonderful world... "The World According To Lexi"

Photo Of The Week for 4-25-2011
This is my nephew's (and his beautiful wife Sarah's) dog Roxy. Isn't she adorable? Roxy is a Yorkshire terrier and she goes everywhere they go. The left photo is the photo Nick and Sara took the right photo is the same photo but with several layers of special effects to make it look more like a painting. The Yorkshire terrier is a small dog developed in the 19th century in historical Yorkshire, England to catch rats in clothing mills. The breed is nicknamed Yorkie. My mother raised a few yorkie litters when I was growing up. Fun little dogs and VERY cute too.
